Where NationsConsult began
NationsConsult was born from years of working inside organisations — watching talented people underperform because they lacked the right support, and watching leadership teams make costly decisions because they lacked the right frameworks. We knew there was a better way.
We built NationsConsult to bridge that gap: combining the rigour of evidence-based practice with the warmth of genuinely human-centred coaching. Every engagement we take on is shaped by deep listening, honest challenge, and an unwavering commitment to your outcomes.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Lisa founded Nations Consulting after more than two decades leading organizational development and executive coaching engagements across the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors. A certified Gallup Strengths Coach and accredited executive coach, she brings a rare combination of strategic rigour and deep human insight to every client relationship.
